Sul De Minas in Brazil is one of the oldest coffee growing regions, remembering many generations of farmers with a small but extremely high quality production. The coffees grown here are characterised by low acidity and a pleasant chocolate flavour. 

Merced, also known as Chanchamayo, is the region where 25% of Peru's coffee is grown. After a crisis in the 1980s and neglect of the plantations, in the 1990s farmers built it all up again and this resulted in the production of some of the finest coffee beans, possessing a light cocoa taste accompanied by maple and caramel. 

Huehuetenango is associated with being the best place to grow coffee in Guatemala. The name of the region translates as 'Place of the Ancients'. Here are the highest non-volcanic mountains in Central America, which is a very good factor in coffee growing. For this reason, the region is entirely focused on producing some of the most remarkable coffees in the world.
